About Me

Thank you for visiting my website! My name is Michele Alligood and I am a Cottage Kitchen Operation in Newberry, FL. I make gluten, dairy and soy free goodies because yes, I am the one in my family with five thousand food allergies LOL.

I have learned to listen to my body to determine what it doesn’t like. For example rice flour just shoots up my blood sugar levels and bam, acne lol! I do not have celiac disease but I am sensitive to gluten, wheat, nightshades, soy, dairy, eggs (scrambled lol) and a myriad of other ingredients I won’t bore you with.

Because I know sharing a kitchen with my gluten-eating fam is a risk for people with Celiac Disease, I take that risk very seriously and thoroughly clean and sanitize all counters and equipment before baking and kick everyone out until the cookies are done, cooled and packaged.

How To Place An Order

I no longer vend at Farmer Markets becasue it takes me DAYS to recover.

Full-time job + one oven + no help (with the baking part) = ugh...no.

I can take orders for delivery on the weekend. Just shoot me an email or post a comment on my FB Page and we can setup a time for pickup.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do your cookies contain eggs?

Yes. If I have enough requests, I am open to experimenting with an egg replacer. The Graham Cracker Chocolate Chip Cookie does not contain eggs.

2. Are any of your ingredients manufactured on shared equipment?

No. None of the ingredients I use indicate that they are manufactured on shared equipment because I know that is a direct risk for someone with Celiac Disease.

3. Is any of the equipment you use also used on gluten, soy and/or dairy containing foods?

Yes and I realize that appears to contradict question 2 however, with my equipment and tools, I have the control, so I make sure to thoroughly clean and sanitize all counters, tools and equipment used before making goodies. This being a Cottage Food Operation - when making cookies or anything under AllgoodCooookies LLC, the kitchen is dedicated to just that and nothing else. I kick everyone else out. 😊

4. Do you also make gluten, dairy and soy free cupcakes?

I started to but because I only make dairy free goodies, the frosting is very oily, so instead - I specialize in Duffins.

5. Do you make the ice cream for your giant ice cream cookies (GICC)?

No but I wish lol. I make the giant chocolate chip cooookies only for you to add your favorite ice cream inside.

6. How long do the goodies stay fresh?

Left out, consume within 3 days OR put them in a vacuumed sealed bag and freeze those suckers. They freeze well. You can also refrigerate the goodness for up to one week.
